Would it matter? At this point, we just can't block worth shit.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:22 PM ^
Our running backs are not their running backs and oue line isn't their line. Throwing a young RB into a desperate situation (which our last two games have been) behind our blockers is setting him up for failure.

September 28th, 2013 at 9:02 PM ^
LeBron interview is so bad.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:02 PM ^
He didn't go to osu...why does espn act like he did?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:04 PM ^
Because OSU acts like he did.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:09 PM ^
I thought he was a verbal to osu but on signing day went to the Canes. Maybe my memory is a little foggy...
September 28th, 2013 at 9:18 PM ^
Well done sir, well done.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:12 PM ^
they gave him an honorary bachelor's degree before the game
September 28th, 2013 at 9:04 PM ^
Refs minus 3.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:04 PM ^
Damn shame that interview kept announcers from commenting on the BS facemask
September 28th, 2013 at 9:05 PM ^
I kinda miss the days of having such an easy passing scheme like OSU that Denard Robinson could be a top-20 passer in the nation.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:10 PM ^
Denard was a top-20 passer?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:19 PM ^
In 2010 he was number #20 in passer efficiency in the nation. Ahead of RGIII and one spot behind Kaepernick.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:13 PM ^
To hear some of you guys wax nostalgic about Rich Rod, you'd think we were Oregon, scoring 50 points on everyone. We only had one good offense in his three years, and that offense fell apart down the stretch - we scored 7 points against Ohio and then 14 (against a Manny Diaz defense!) against Miss State. Seriously, can you call yourself a top-flight offense when Manny Diaz shuts you down?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:22 PM ^
I think the team was by far lost at that point. But you have to admit watching Miller have wide open receivers all the time because of the offensive design is pretty nice. Put Miller in Borges' pass scheme and I think he looks like Denard did in those schemes.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:13 PM ^
and Ohio crushed those top 20 passing schemes.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:07 PM ^
Urban ain't going to Miller more than he needs. Wisky still seems scared he's going to be pre-knee Miller.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:11 PM ^
Good lord, Gordon is good
September 28th, 2013 at 9:14 PM ^
We offered him back in the Rodriguez days. Magnus thought he would only go to Michigan as a safety. He filled out quite nicely.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:16 PM ^
Shame
September 28th, 2013 at 9:12 PM ^
Is Gordon hurt? I mean, was he hurt earlier?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:11 PM ^
TAMU vs ARK 31-27 with 12 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. Some fine D being played in the SEC this year.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:15 PM ^
Best football teams score a lot of points. That's what the SEC is doing this year, so it is thus true.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:14 PM ^
Was the only guy in world who didn't see that hold.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:14 PM ^
Goodness I hope OSU leaves space like that for Gardener
September 28th, 2013 at 9:17 PM ^
But since when has an opponent played to expectation in that way against us?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:18 PM ^
Who the hell is Gardener? The guy who cuts your lawn?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:16 PM ^
If they had taken the points in the first 3 quarters, they would not have had these desperation 4th downs in the 4th Q. This should be a one score game right now.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:29 PM ^
It hasn't been their style if play though. I do agree that looking back they would rather have those points.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:15 PM ^
/facepalm
September 28th, 2013 at 9:15 PM ^
Jesus christ Wisconsin...
September 28th, 2013 at 9:15 PM ^
Geeeeeeeez Louis Guzman
September 28th, 2013 at 9:15 PM ^
Wisconsin is killing themselves. Could have been another fumble recovery but a dumb illegal formation penalty takes it away.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:15 PM ^
Lol Bucky.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:15 PM ^
Just loves killing themselves
September 28th, 2013 at 9:16 PM ^
Wisky is making so many dumb mistakes. Ohio is going to run them out of the stadium.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:17 PM ^
Wow, that just sucks. I'm fairly certain Urban Meyer practices some kind of referee voodoo.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:17 PM ^
FYI: It is raining so hard in Portland right now. Like hard enough to even comment on which us saying something.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:18 PM ^
We were all wondering....
September 28th, 2013 at 9:18 PM ^
My dog is being really cute right now too.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:17 PM ^
A beautiful pass for a 1st down ruined by a holding call.
Stave takes off in an attempt to make up 3rd and 21 and falls far short of the 1st down.
If the Badgers hadn't gotten called for illegal formation, the ability to get yards off a Bukeye special teams gaffe would have been nice.
Lots of facepalm in those few seconds of regulation.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:19 PM ^
I don't know if you can really knock Stave for scrambling there. He knew he wouldn't get the first but maybe there was no one option and he didn't want to risk an interception. He did give his punter some more room to work with.
The illegal formation though - ugh.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:19 PM ^
I never understand those illegal formation penalties on punts; it almost never affects the outcome of the play, and it can always be mitigated by lining up correctly. Silly to see it happen.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:19 PM ^
He moved back after the snap. Was he not supposed to be on the line?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:19 PM ^
Alex Collins for Ark as well getting run as a freshman RB, would love to see what Green/Smith aren't doing right that keeps them on the bench.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:21 PM ^
Bet they are fumbling in practice.
Also, it's not Fitz's fault that no one can block. Do you really think Green would be better with three guys in his face two yards on our side of the LOS?
September 28th, 2013 at 9:27 PM ^
If they are willing to follow their fullback for a 3 or 4 yd gain instead of trying to bounce and losing 2 yds then yea, I think that would be better. 2nd and 7 is better than 2nd and 12.
September 28th, 2013 at 9:34 PM ^
Fitz Following blocks and taking the three or four yards that are there would help. I still don't think that is the main problem. A lot of the times there is no hole because the interior has been caved in.
