Oklahoma is the only 1 loss team rght now I see going to playoff out of that conf. road wins vs OK State and Baylor and then TCU (which is looking less shiny of late) will be an issue. Plus blue blood plus sex appeal that do seem to matter to committee.

I dont think so. If Baylor wins out and Oklahoma loses to OKST, Baylor would still have wins over OKST and TCU with only 1 loss compared to a potentially 2 loss Pac 12 champ

I disagree. Baylor SOS is 103 or something right now. 1 loss and they don't get in IMO unless everyone else is 2 losses. Zero quality non conf competition will do them in. OK at least played TN and TCU played MN. Not great teams but not Incarnate Word like Baylor schedules.
Again if everyone outside Clemson Bama Big 10 winner has 2 losses than yes 1 loss baylor could get in. They also adjust for injury supposedly so losing Qb matters to committee.

by the way houston came back from down 20 to win. Memphis goes from once possible playoff team to not in the NY6. Temple is gonna lose so it looks like it will be Navy vs Houston for that G5 spot

Temple can still win that conference. For that matter it still could be USF that wins it. Should a 3 loss Temple/USF win that conference Boise St and Toledo will be in the conversation.

both the arizona schools have had dissapoiting seasons. didn't arizona have a bunch of injuries this year because I'm pretty sure they have the same team as last year.

So #7 and #9 lose and I think loser of Baylor v Oklahoma will also fall below us.
If Utah loses to Arizona suddenly OK (if they win) is 6 (or better), OK State is 7, Florida is 8, MSU 9 and UM 10 if they dont move order of OK state thru UM.

No one of note - TCU barely beat Kansas a team they were favored by 45 and Miss State got their ass destroyed by Bama. NW barely beat a poor Purdue in closing moments.
Only FSU I guess could jump us but it was NC State they beat by a few TDs. I dont see it.

Utah is 10 right now with 1 loss.
We will be #10 or #11 worst if FSU passes us this week. Again Utah is 10 today. 1 more loss and they are dropping 5-6 spots.

I don't know about that. UTAH will not drop out of rankings, but will be out of playoff. I think there is a lot of games left. You never know what will happen. M still has a chance if they can win out.

well stanford and lsu will fall and most likely be behind us and combined with the loser of Baylor Oklahoma falling below, I'd say that right now this team is positioned to be ranked 11th. If Utah falls as well, it could be 10th but I dont know how the resume's stack up conscidering they beat us
