This should be good for some laughs, except, I think we will see good football here.

MSU defense is not looking very elite in this game.  This goes back to my dual threat QB comment.  Look at the damage Barrett is doing to MSU's defense.  If MSU's defense is not elite, they can not win in the big game with a manball offense.

MSU is not losing to other manball teams, they are losing to spread teams with dual threat QBs like Oregon and OSU!

Take notice!!!!!!!!!!

Virtually every successful team in College Football with a few notable exceptions run some for of a spread with dual threat QBs.

He really is. Barrett is a much better passer. Miller is a great runner, but Barrett is much more accurate and consistent as a passer.

To beat MSU's defense you need a QB who can throw dimes. OSU has got that.

I agree with you, Barrett is much more accurate.  Watching this game, OSU looks pretty damn good offensively.  They have the potential to be special with Barrett.

I am very curious to see whether Mattison who traditonally has struggled to come up with a scheme to stop a spread can do anything against OSU.

Watching this game and the TCU game is making me really consider Patterson or Herman as definite options to replace Hoke.  If Harbaugh isn't interested, then I would still consider either of them as significant upgrades.
