Games are just getting started. I've got Oregon State @ Cal on FSN. I'll be watching Michigan volleyball on the BTN as well (@Northwestern).
Florida/Vandy is on, with FSU/Clemson and OU/Nebraska on later IIRC. I think Memphis/Tennessee is on CBSCS.
OrST/Cal - I get blue jackets hockey...
That said - I'm exicted about Noles v. Tigers and watching Sooners v. huskers on 360.
Gonna switch to Uconn/Cinci when it comes on...
wins out they go to the ACC championship - wasn't this team dead a few weeks ago?
Gotta love the ACC wheel of destiny.
I get Flo/Van or Clm/FSU.......Redwings vs Leafs on FSD, Hall of Fame night in Toronto, pretty cool.
the ball - I really like chrisitian ponder, dare I say their best QB since Weinke?
Also Awesome shades on bobby bowden, must be deer hunting season.
that little inside pitch look - very makeable fg now.
nails the kick.
Who would have ever guessed that Uconn/Cinci would be ABC's main game when OU/Neb is on.
Best just scored via a McGuffie. Jumps over one guy, tips a second guy's helmet with his foot, lands on his back. He's still down. He hasn't moved since landing.
EDIT: He cleared the first guy, but the second guy came across with a clean hit shoulder to hip. Best landed on his left shoulder/back area. Helmet whipped backwards off his head. Still don't think he's moved, getting a stretcher now.
must come down.
I hope Best is ok - that didn't look pretty.
for the 'Noles - quick scoring drive.
Man that looks bad. It looks like they had a breathing bag on him to help him respirate.
Jahvid Best got taken off in a stretcher after a goal line leap gone wrong.
1-1, 2nd period. 4 min in. Looks like a much more even game than last night looking at the stats on gametracker.
Cal was losing before Best was injured, but OSU just dominated after. Best was pretty much it for Cal.
not to brag but if one was to go back and check pre-season predictions - I said call was a 9-3 team at best. My prediction is looking pretty good right now.
Jeff Tedford is not a championship coach.
Two real bad penalties on Clemson - just gave FSU a free first down.
CJ Spiller is fast fast.
LOL Musberger's giving Herbstreet all sorts of hell re. Cinci being the best team in Ohio... Hahaha, love it!
with Pussberger - Cinci is a better squad than the Bucks.
However, it is just sad that this is a down year for the Bucks and they control their own destiny for a B10 title.
c'mon cincy, activate truck-stick. Unfortunately you're in the Big East and you're going to have to look unbeatable and not just "good" in all of your wins to get any consideration for the BCS title even if you win out. (and probably a loss from all three of Texas/Alabama/Florida)
just said the Stanford D is suspect.
Who cares how suspect they are when they drop 51 points on a top 10 team!
I would say Oregon's is more suspect, no?
Let's kill a hooker/.v
If USC wins tonight (still quite doubtful) does anyone think it will jump Oregon?
Tulsa is giving Houston one hell of a run. Tulsa is up 38-34 with 9 to go. (CBS College Sports)
They also have a 6'4" defensive back that dwarfs UH's WRs.
is proving quite resilient. 32*-40, they are refusing to go down without a fight.
Oklahoma is Stanzi-ing themselves to a loss. Landry Jones has 3 INTs.
Collaros laughs at your offensive production.
Oklahoma's defense looks strikingly similar to ours on this drive.
And man, how frustrating must it be to be an OU fan this year?
Oklahoma is the worst 24th ranked team in the history of the world.
This UCONN v. Cincy game just got pretty interesting.
I had the game for like ten seconds. Then ESPN 360 apparently remembered where I was and blacked it out.
I hate being in Pennsylvania for sports purposes. Surrounded by Ohio State and Penn State fans and in the dead middle of the regional blackout crap.
HOUSTON WINS!!! they score with 21 seconds left, fail on the 2pt conversion to force OT. Get the onside kick. Get a first down. That kick had to be a 50 yarder. Win with no time on the clock. Damn that was exciting.
Nebby wins. Landry Jones is going to get a lotttt of criticism for that loss. And looking at that last pass play, uh, rightly so.
USC escapes ASU, 14-9. Anyone else think that USC maybe, sort of, should not be ranked number 12 in the country?
