Mullen seems like an "aw shucks" type guy. I wonder how that would play in Ann Arbor since we will be firing a guy very similar to that. Seems like most of us want the polar opposite of Hoke, an intense and uncompromising coach.

The B1G needs Michigan to be elite. Along with OSU. Then PSU and Nebraska have to be strong. Followed by MSU and Wisconsin. I wish so bad you could see Michigan and OSU as elite top 5. PSU and Neb at the bottom of the top 10. MSU and Wisconsin around 15...and Maryland and Iowa at the bottom of the top 25. If we had that...consistently. The college football world would be so much better. However it looks like those days are for basketball only.

They have not played a ranked team all year. I can't believe how bad their schedule has been. Next week will be their first game against a ranked opponent. It also proves just how bad Big 10 football has become. I watched some of the Maryland-PSU game and it was brutal. Even worse than our night game.

why does it seem like every player Hoke and Co. missed on is a significant contributor?

I'm guessing they wouldn't have developed here, anyway, but gah.

Just noticed Temple beat ECU earlier today.

And Oklahoma might be the best 2 loss team in the nation with losses only to K State and TCU by 5 pts.

If only the Sec didn't make so much money and the Ncaa actually looked into improper benefits. No more dick ridin'.

currently on TV  ND/Navy, Illinois/Ohio State, OleMiss/Auburn, Ark/Miss St, SC/Tenn  I'm only confident Michigan could beat Navy, Illinois probably, the rest might be pretty ugly.

I like how Stanford does many different things out of one formation. Lots of reads at the line by smart guys depending on the defense.  It makes traditional power sets a lot harder to defend.

That's all Harbaugh with Shaw as his OC.

The future here at Michigan if things fall the right way in the next few weeks.

I feel dirty rooting for a Bielema coached team..., but I want pure chaos.  Let the SEC beat itself out of all the playoff spots (or at least only one spot).

Desmond Howard Verified account ‏@DesmondHoward The Gators destroying the Bulldogs. It's great to see a team respond after their coach has been so heavily criticized. Reply Retweet Favorite More I have a feeling Desmond is going to defend Hoke until the end of the earth.
