Then again, I'd be okay with Oregon going to the Rose Bowl and giving OSU a serious reality check.

I'm not quite ready to pencil Ohio into the Rose Bowl just yet...

SEC is going to have to regroup and do some soul searching after this weekend...

Not sure if either of these offers were legit but I find it strange OSU and ND both offered Winston and we didn't bother to give it the old college try.

USC got 10 points. ND must have a good defense. Good thing we had our offensive crew to put up points. Borges!

Well, FSU will absolutely and should jump Ohio in the rankings and become number three. Man, Clemson...way to get completely owned by Winston and FSU. What a slaughter.
October 19th, 2013 at 11:12 PM ^
One could make an argument FSU could be #2 or even #1. No one has a more impressive win of these top 3 teams. Oregon has been blowing out a lot of nobodies - best win is @Washington. Alabama's @Texas A&M but a very close game. FSU just went on the road and decimated the #3 team in the nation.
FSU only has had one game that was not a laugher - @ BC
FSU only games that should be "losable" on paper are Miami and @ FL although the latter seems to be a paper tiger this year. Oregon's big game @ Stanford, and Alabama home v LSU seems to be the main one. Conference championship games are the main stumbles aside from that.

There is too much voter bias for what has happened the previous years and not focusing on what the actual teams that are playing this year have done

Unless Oregon and Alabama lose they will be in the title game. They are simply to far a head right now. And that Oregon destruction of the Vols keeps looking better and better.

Clemson is getting about 3.5 yrds per offensive snap, so the seven points has pretty much been a nicety giving that level of trouble when it comes to movinf the ball. Florida State, on the other hand is moving the ball at about twice that rate. Meanwhile, Jameis Winston has a very "meh" 176.18 passer rating at the moment.

I was so excited for this game all week and good lord did that thing turn into a snoozer fairly quickly. Now I'm switching between the Oregon and Oregon State games. Oregon game is getting out of hand, but the OSUw game is good thus far.

Clemson absolutely pooped themselves
October 19th, 2013 at 11:22 PM ^
Although I love seeing upsets, I'm praying FSU, Oregon, and Alabama don't lose a game just to keep Ohio out of the national title picture (assuming M doesn't beat them, but I think we will).
October 19th, 2013 at 11:24 PM ^
Ohio is clearly not as good as any of those three teams.

Adios Tigers...

I'm sorry for all of you Tigers fans, but I'm kind of glad because I'm tired of Sam's and Ira's talking about the Tigers on The Michigan Insider. I hate baseball and cannot stand it when they talk about that sport.

I didn't think anything could be crazier than last year...I was wrong.

Oregon's over 500 total yards, one play into the 3rd quarter.
October 20th, 2013 at 12:18 AM ^
Well, the OSUw/California game sucks. I was really hoping for a good night cap, but at least Wazzou is only down ten, but then again, it's freaking Oregon they're playing, so I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the Ducks are ahead by 20some+.
EDIT: aaaaaaand here we go. My GOD I want that offense for Michigan. Also, they clearly have the hottest cheerleaders in America.
October 20th, 2013 at 12:20 AM ^
Oregon just stuck another one in the end zone to go up 17.
October 20th, 2013 at 12:27 AM ^
and now they just intercepted it. well, as i stated, only a matter of time before oregon started to shut down wazzou. dah well. was gonna stay awake to watch game day final, but i'm about to go to sleep.
October 20th, 2013 at 12:30 AM ^
I don't mind watching it, just for the beauty of the offense.
October 20th, 2013 at 12:55 AM ^
Wisconsin 56, Illinois 32.
Alabama 52, Arkansas 0.

Missouri is legit. Their defense is awesome.

Wow, I don't know much about Washington State, but 83 pass attempts by their QB
