Nice look at scouting breakdown on Michigan/Rutgers game
http://draftbreakdown.com/rutgers-vs-michigan-scouting-notes/
It provides a good detailed analysis on how potential NFL draft prospects fare in last Saturday's game.

False. All of our seniors are first round talents.

So happy that SOMEBODY caught what I was trying to say.
*facepalm*

Lol, so true. We are about to have a really nice problem with developing kids beyond their potential and pumping out Draft picks consistently

Michigan has no nfl players, especially not Jourdan Lewis, Willie Henry, Chris Wormley and Jabrill Peppes (after next year). Dear nfl all of the above players suck. Do not visit ann arbor.

At least for a year or two.

Good good ....Henry is a 3rd day pick at this point and has work to do to improve stock and Wormley needs to work on his hands and moves because all he has is a bull rush. These things need another year of work in college.
Good good... Jake Butt is not fast. He cannot get open much.
Good good...Lewis won't be in the draft. He uses his hands too much. His recovery speed is lacking.
This pleases me.
(stroking cat on lap)
These are not the 2016 NFL draft picks you were looking for.

We want SOMEBODY to get drafted though, right? We need to keep the streak going...

Glasgow...And apparently, Harbaugh sees the gist (actually called "jizz" by birders) of an NFL QB in Rudock.

our top senior prospect.

I think James Ross will be drafted. He might "project" more than Bolden and Morgan.
/that's racist
No but seriously at his higher weight (mid 230s) he has a pretty good NFL body - when he was 220-5 for 3 years I didn't think he had a chance to get drafted as he had Stribling/Terry Richardson disease where it seemd like he could not add more than 2-3 lbs an offseason.
Also I would take a flier on Glasgow in the 6th if I was a GM - he has position flexibility that is very valued. He would be a valuable 7th OL that can be plugged in at various places in case of injury.

I don't follow the draft at all or the NFL much, but really? We've all been talking about "Free James Ross" but he hasn't even been much of a starter his entire career here, and his measurables might be OK, but he's always been talked about as undersized even in college. He's certainly not a hulking NFL LB. They also don't mention him at all in this article, so that's not very promising.

It sounds like a fare representation. I hope everyone stays for the illustrious degree.

I've definitely noticed Lewis' agressive use of his hands and am always glad it isn't called. It seems the biggest difference in his game between this year and last is he has learned how to be more subtle with it and not get called but I always worry there will be a game where the refs have a stricter interpretation and call it a couple times on him.

I know it's obvious and been said a million times...but peppers is something special. And to hear a pro scout verify that...well, sit back and enjoy the show. Hope he stays two more years.

I think next season will be his last season. Has the makings of a very good SS in the next level.

Jim Brandstatter went to school with his granddaughter and he's 65.

Funny, I dont remember MSU dbs like Dennard or Waynes losing much draft stock despite being at least as "grabby" as Jordan Lewis.
