Tip drill!
September 13th, 2015 at 4:56 PM ^
Ebron for the touchdown.
September 13th, 2015 at 4:58 PM ^
Making accurate throws and great decisions with the ball. Now he has to keep doing this. That's the challenge.
September 13th, 2015 at 4:58 PM ^
Lions up 21-3 on the road?
Damn!
September 13th, 2015 at 5:09 PM ^
21-10 now, Chargers scored on a drive that featured plenty a Lions penalty.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:05 PM ^
Are killing Detroit.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:11 PM ^
on that drive.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:15 PM ^
the run D is not looking great without Suh, Fairley, and Levy. You would expect Woodhead to do his damage via the pass.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:16 PM ^
September 13th, 2015 at 5:20 PM ^
Lions beginning to fall apart.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:25 PM ^
me everytime.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:25 PM ^
Wow, timely pick for the Lions.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:25 PM ^
An interception in the endzone keeps the Chargers from cutting into the lead, remains 21-10, excellent.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:43 PM ^
This defense has been on the field far too long today.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:44 PM ^
Marcus Mariota is putting on a clinic. Jameis Winston on the other hand.... rookie struggle central.
Looks like they got the projections mixed up LOL
September 13th, 2015 at 5:45 PM ^
I jinxed that shit...
September 13th, 2015 at 5:45 PM ^
Detroit is annoying me. They came out very strong and put them foot on the Charger's throat but Rivers is just moving at will now.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:50 PM ^
I don't think it was realistic to expect San Diego to go away at home on opening day.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:53 PM ^
You're right of course Rivers has an amazing arm.
By the way Abdullah is a serious talent ... mad props to the Lions management for snagging this guy.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:55 PM ^
HOF? Right or wrong, he's behind Eli and Big Ben in his own class. HOF heavily weighs Super Bowl wins. Hard to see Rivers getting in, despite his stats, IMHO.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:56 PM ^
Fouts is in. His career has been at least as good as Fouts.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:02 PM ^
to disagree with you for a change.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:56 PM ^
Marcus Mariota on pace for 128 TDs.
What's the rookie record for TDs in the first game?
September 13th, 2015 at 6:00 PM ^
Not sure about first games, but Wikipedia says that 5 TD passes are the most for a Rookie in a game, achieved by Matthew Stafford and Ray Buivid.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:58 PM ^
the head on Stafford. He went high. Are they not calling it this year? Stafford looked pretty groggy going off.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:58 PM ^
Lions really just quit when they went up 21-3 didn't they. Damn.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:58 PM ^
Michigan defense doing a nice job at their end of the field gotta give em that.
September 13th, 2015 at 5:59 PM ^
fumble!
September 13th, 2015 at 6:00 PM ^
I find it very entertaining that it's Mariota vs Winston and Gordon vs Abudllah today.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:04 PM ^
Stafford throws right to the defender
ಠ_ಠ
September 13th, 2015 at 6:03 PM ^
The Lions are blowing this game.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:08 PM ^
There's the quattro we all know.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:11 PM ^
That's for chipping in.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:15 PM ^
The YakAttackian piling on.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:06 PM ^
I'm sort of coming to the conclusion that Stafford is a really good quarterback but he's not a general. He is not a Manning, Rodgers or Brady in the leadership respect. I don't think he has that quality of being able to engineer and control a game.
Hope I'm wrong and it can develop in him but after this many years it just doesn't seem to be there.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:07 PM ^
He has been sacked twice by guys coming unblocked. That's terrible.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:14 PM ^
Stafford would thrive with a team who had a killer running game.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:08 PM ^
SOL....same crap Lions OL. It never changes
September 13th, 2015 at 6:09 PM ^
I don't mean Spanish for sun...
September 13th, 2015 at 6:10 PM ^
I'm seeing a 0-5 start, 6-10, and Mayhew's dismissal coming. This team is bad.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:11 PM ^
Jesus. Overreact much over 3 quarters of play?
September 13th, 2015 at 6:13 PM ^
at home vs Denver, @Seattle, and Arizona at home? I don't.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:13 PM ^
Get used to that.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:13 PM ^
does Caldwell stay? I think so. A new GM has to like the improvement JC has made, and can adjust personnel to his liking. Caldwell has seemingly coached well. Mayhem has carried over enough from the last regime that can be looked at as MEH-.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:17 PM ^
His second rounds have been particularly horrible. I don't think much of Caldwell as a coach. The Lions are basically are what they were under Schwartz.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:19 PM ^
Does a new GM keep Caldwell? How much influence did Caldwell have on the draft? 2nd round so far is Van Noy vs Abdullah. Push? It's one game for JC. Mayhew has been involved in some bad picks. Will we ever know? Get John U. Bacon on the case.
September 13th, 2015 at 6:21 PM ^
All but one of his 2nd round picks have flopped. So it's more than Van Noy and Abdullah. Caldwell is a pretty meh coach.
