"Marcus Mariotta is more of a project quarterback, and should have some difficulty transitioning from a spread offense to the NFL, while jamies Winston is clearly the more polished qb prospect. A plug and play qb, having spent 3 years in a pro-style offense, and with much better arm strength." Lol

Marcus Mariota is putting on a clinic. Jameis Winston on the other hand.... rookie struggle central.

I'm sort of coming to the conclusion that Stafford is a really good quarterback but he's not a general.  He is not a Manning, Rodgers or Brady in the leadership respect.  I don't think he has that quality of being able to engineer and control a game.

Hope I'm wrong and it can develop in him but after this many years it just doesn't seem to be there.
