Can Wilson not see the play clock well enough? He's wasted two timeouts because the clock was at zero and it's been near zero on many other plays. Very odd.

I'm aware of that. I'm just amazed it has THAT much of an impact. Most of these guys can typically kick it close to 60. That's a nearly 20%reduction. That's just crazy and more than I would've thought.

The Vikings designed their stadium so that they will stand on the sunny sideline all game and the visitor has to deal with both the cold and no sun all day long.

The real irony about this is that the Stadium is designed for the home team, the Gophers, to be on the opposite (near, southern) sideline. The Vikings took the opposite one as their home one when they moved in. They're considering moving the Gophers across the field for this reason.

http://www.startribune.com/vikings-switching-sidelines-at-tcf-bank-stad… If you already bought your Vikings season tickets at TCF Bank Stadium behind the south sideline hoping to sit behind the home team, that won't happen. The Vikings will use the north sideline during home games over the next two seasons. The change from the south sideline was made by the Vikings staff, including general manager Rick Spielman and head coach Mike Zimmer, after several visits to TCF Bank Stadium.
