Next Weekend Not a Noon Game

Submitted by dieseljr32 on

Title pretty much says it all.  The matchup at Illinois this upcoming Saturday will be broadcasted regionally on ABC at 3:30 pm.  I picked it up on the twitter feed from Big Ten Network.  This should make the anti-noon kickoff fans happy.

State still has to go on the road for Iowa, and play Northwestern. If Minnesota was giving them fits, then I would imagine Persa/Colter could do a pretty bangup job. And hell, if Indiana can give OSU trouble into the 4th Quarter, then I would say it's totally possible they could hang with MSU; probably not win but you never know

There are more interesting games next weekend than the Mich-Illinois game but I'm not gonna complain bc I'll finally be able to watch a game instead of listen to it on the radio

Great, as in not great.  My wife insisted on early dinner plans with friends.  I was relieved when the game was set for noon, not that I like noon starts, but it ensured I got to see the entire game live.

Borges to Hoke= Gerg to Rich Rod! So Michigan has some analytical junkies. Can anyone figure this out for Hoke. If he doesn't fire Borges soon his ass will be grass. I was at the Iowa game and had a group of dumb fucks laughing and thanking me for the play calls all game. It is like have Michael Jordan on your basketball team and having me shoot 3 game winners. It is unfuckingacceptable! Borges is a moron, and if Hoke is loyal to him then he will go down. I like Hoke, but we will soon see if he has any brains. He also may want to start working the refs a little bit instead of this we are Michigan and should overcome this bullshit. Fuck! I am still so mad I can't think straight, any I know unfuckingacceptable isn't a word, and yes commas and run on sentences suck. That is a precursor for all of the English inspectors (critics) on here.

All the dropped passes. Are those Borges's fault? How about the times when a guy is open and Denard or Devin don't see it or don't aim very well? Or, how about some of the interference cas that were not called but maybe could have been?

<br>Just like RR's offense (or any new offense) the first year, things will be bumpy in the early going but they appear to be close to something. This is not solely a Borges problem. It's more of biproduct of new people working together.

picking Michigan/Illinois for the 3:30 game makes no sense at all.    However ABC is carrying the FSU/Miami game and will probably shove that down the throats of most of the rest of the country.  Also carrying TAM/KSU but who gives a damn other than them.
