Tobasco would be an even worse pick-up than Hoke ;) Cholula is the bestest (yes, the bestest) hot sauce ever created. It can be ubiquitously applied to any food genre out there. Has a taste that compliments nearly everything and is actually hot (although, not so hot that it dominates the landscape.) Frank's Hot Sauce is lame too, shouldn't be called Hot or sauce even. Red, that's all Frank's adds.
