The first sentence of the article you posted:

The University of Michigan Board of Regents voted Jan. 20 to install new high definition (HD) video scoreboards at Michigan Stadium, Crisler Arena and Yost Ice Arena.

That should have been your first clue, before even searching. Any news tangentially related to Michigan sports is posted on this board within 5 minutes of it happening, so it's safe to assume major venue news that happened almost a month ago has already been posted multiple times.

For the new boards, in the Big House especially. Really a testament on how technology has advanced in a short amount of time. i believe it was 1998 when they installed the current ones and they look as if they have been there for 40 years.

I believe this article was re-published because U-M awarded the bids for the construction of the renovations.  My fiance, who works for a construction co. in Detroit, said that they had been awarded work for the new scoreboard at the Big House.

Since the expanded press box/suites have helped keep sound in the stadium, and since the scoreboards will be larger, why don't they just link them somehow. Enclose the whole thing? Plexiglas? It would be deafening.
