New Orleans Tailgate?
I just moved down to New Orleans from Washington D.C., and found that I live about 10 minute walk from Cooter Browns.
Would any MGoBloggers be interested in doing a little "tailgate" at my place then heading over to Cooter Browns to catch the games?
Figured if everyone brought some snacks and beer, we could get started around 8:30-9AM and get over to the bar for Kick Off..

on game days til 11. i tried to organize that while i was there but there was limited/no interest. snacks and beers outside an hour before waiting for them to open worked though.

I wish I had known about this when I was there! I had to watch THE HORROR at the Fox and the Hound, where I found out the OSU alumni base is. It was awful. I was the only M fan in there... there were even two App. State fans!

I'm excited to be back in NOLA this year, and any Saturday that I'm off, I would definitely be down with a tailgate near Cooter's! Post it on the facebook page that Geaux_Blue linked to above, and I'll do my damnedest to show with my lady Tiger in tow (the next two months are going to be highly unlikely most weekends, but November is looking like it will prob be a better schedule.) Regardless... the Big Easy will be rocking out maize and blue come Sept 4th!!!!

I doubt I'll be awake in time to tailgate, but I'll definitely be at Cooter Browns most game days.
