New Michigan Football Jerseys from China

Submitted by SpreadGuru on

I guess I have to turn to the MGoUniverse for this question.  Has anyone found, and if so ordered, a Jumpman Michigan football jersey from China?  If so, where did you get it from?  I would love to get one but the price value is just so much better from overseas?

Any help would be welcomed.

Jumpman. While on one hand, I won't order any of those cheap Chinese knockoffs, I also won't compromise and spend a cent on a brand honoring the enemy, Michael Jordan. So deep is my hatred for the Bulls, especially of the Jordan/Pippen era, that I will loudly boo any Big House appearance by Jordan. This, even though evidence exists that the recruits like the Jordan brand. #BadBoys

I will never buy a current jersey from China. The older stuff is close out and isn't poor quality but if you buy current jerseys be prepared for jerseys that run too small, off color and patches sewn on incorrectly.

Just save some coin and buy the legit stuff. Buying knock offs is basically stealing from those that designed the product and hurts American jobs/salaries. I'm sure you wouldn't like it if people bought knock-off versions of whatever the company you work for sells.

No, but they are designed in the USA and sales of those jerseys help support salaries of those designers. When you buy a knock-off from China, none of that money comes back to the US based company. This it hurts profits, which inevitably impacts salaries of people working for that US company. It's not just about manufacturing jobs.

They worked their tails off, studied, trained, or whatever to get those jobs.  They deserve it, and should be proud of themselves.  You, on the other hand, come across as a bitter underachiever.  Smoke another bowl and ease the pain, but stop hatin' on people who sacrificed (spent many weekends studying or working, while you partied) to get where they are.

Reading comprehension must not be your thing, "hater". I'm part of the 5-6% that I mentioned in my original post, and very proud of what it took to get both myself and my wife to where we are in our careers. I was simply clarifying that a $100k salary is still a very comfortable living in our society, which it is. Very impressive job of attempting to denigrate me, only to make an ass of yourself though.

Try raising a family on $100k in California.  I could break everything down for you but I'm sure you can figure it out.

51% tax before sales tax.  Ridiculous health insurance costs.  Average house of $600,000.

$100,000 was a lot of earnings 15 years ago.  In a poorer area like the Midwest it may be a lot still.

Easy to make the argument about the designers, but what you're doing is stealing from the University of Michigan. Because that's what you're doing when you buy non-licensed knock offs from vendors that aren't paying licensing fees.

Most of the time they're complete fakes, and I'd tell you to spend the extra money and get the legitimate stuff.

I bought a hockey jersey when I lived in Shanghai a few years ago. Was dirt cheap, sure, but the thing is a piece of crap compared to the real merchandise.
