New fan-poll needed: Worst team video/song

Submitted by myrtlebeachmai… on

Someone younger/more computer wise than I would need to organize it, but the ND video has brought forth more bad team vids/songs than I knew I even forgot.  The blogs are ripe with them.  I say we submit here, then have an official vote.

Some I've seen (but agian, sadly don't know how to embed:

ND new vid

Cinn Reds (also by Freekbass)

Appalachian St hot-hot-hot vid

Probably.  I like T-Pain but even I laughed at that.  However, the more and more I listened to it and realized it was a fight song it kind of wore on me.  Most fight songs are cheezy as hell anyways, plus the NFL "fight" songs are so horribly outdated that I'm surprised more teams haven't went this route.

As an objective observer, I'd think the Hawks are Bears songs are actually pretty good in the fact that they are so cheesy/old/traditional, they're cool.

Unfortunately, as a Detroit native living in Chicago, I associate the songs with a) "Detroit Sucks" chants at the UC b) getting stuff thrown at me and being told the Lions are actually "faggot blue" at Soldier Field; and c) Ozzie's anti-Tigers stance.

Thus, they are the worst songs I've ever heard.

Foward down the field...

Not sure which is the worst. That dolphins one is bad... As for FANTASTIC 90'S Team songs. Anyone who lived in NY in '94 will remember this......

This isn't new topic worthy, but the ND video is still posted on Notre Dame's official YouTube site!  Why didn't they run it by one or so students before releasing it--wow.

I'm actually starting to come around to this one over Hot, Hot, Hot, just because that one was so obviously awful and student film driven whereas this seems like a serious attempt at exciting the fan base.
