the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection
but I thought that draft was supposed to be incredibly loaded?
In case you're a barbarian and don't have a dvr, and missed most of the game, such as myself.
Do we get to hear Musberger blathering again about ND potentially being undefeated up to the Oklahoma game, totally dismissing Denard and a Stanford team that just beat USC?
Eh, that's just what happens when ND starts strong. You should be used to it by now.
I'm going to start a drinking game called "Blimp Worthy" before next week. I figure I'll need to make sure my liquor cabinet is stocked up first.
And did you catch the brain fart he floated near the end of the game? With ND facing 4th-and-1 late in the 4th quarter, ND took a time out. Musberger asks Herbstreit whether they've taken the time out so that they can get a 5-yard penalty to make the punt more favorable. WTF?!?
Herbstreit responds (with detectable incredulity in his voice) that he thinks they're going for it and want to talk it over. To which Musberger responds, "Got it!"
But one of them called nd's punter Sadler last night too....
I don't care who wins, as long as it's Michigan.....
On paper and on the field this was not a good performance by either team. Both, obviously, look quite beatable. ND was 1-14 on 3rd down. With those numbers they will lose to UM.
not putting up big stats. We will have our hands very full.
Well, when your quarterback can't pass you can't score touchdowns. Not scoring touchdowns makes it hard to win.
All in for some manball.
does not have MSU's defense. I am hopeful that Michigan will force 14 3rd downs, let alone stop ND on all but one of them.
Since when do barbarians have cable?
Being a barbarian I just pillage the neighbor's cable :)
That was the worse game I've watched entertainment wise since Spartina vs. Boise middle school. I'll skip the replay.
The mods will be tempted to use the banhammer on site members who use the term that rhymes with "patina", put a "$" into the name of an opponent, etc. Be warned.
I put up a tough front, but deep down I just want to be held.
That is just so offensive
We're not teaching them about sports, we're teaching them about life!
I don't really get it, is the OP just attempting to feminize "Spartan"? If that is the desired effect, I believe Spartain (Σπάρτη) already follows the feminine noun pattern.
I feel like scUM typing Spartina. To the degree that I will have to return my Michigan gear back to Walmart and cease being a Walverine. It's hard work being That School Up North and the Big Brother but feminizing opponents names is the wor$t sort of insult.
Move on, this isn't MLive.

The only information that can be gathered from watching that game is that neither MSU or ND are good. This will be shocking information for anyone who lives and dies by what ESPN says. It is less than shocking for everyone else.
Surprised that the BTN would want to air the game again. They don't usually air Big Ten losses on replay.
