"The face of the operation is Briatore (referred to exclusively in the film by his colleagues and angry, chanting detractors as "Flavio"), an anthropomorphic radish who spends most of his time at QPR plotting to fire all of the managers."
that is all...
Holy hell those are stupid looking.
Yes, and those God awful helmets Ohio State is wearing, I hate those guys so much.
The more I see them, the more it looks like a fighting goat on the side of their helments.
Notre Dame Fighting Goats! (it's fitting for the cowardly way of canceling our series with them)
Said that he wants to scratch his eyes out after seeing them.
seems much more appropriate.
Looks like someone vomited on the helmet!
Ya but after their win, ND will win the national Championship.
I think 3 top 10 teams lost, so ND is going to be, what, #5 or #6? They're annoyingly in consideration.
you are dumb
"It will piss the traditionalists off, but who cares?"
Oh look, you answered your own question. So basically anyone that "cares" about "tradition", which by my estimation includes a large group of the Michigan fan-base, will have a problem if Michigan decided to change their helmet..
We just made a deal that will keep the empire out of cloud city forever.
because I recognize that it's all about money. Even having multiple jerseys gives the fans more opportunities to purchase merchandise which helps the school and Adidas make money. Changing the helmets doesn't really provide any benefit as far as I can tell, and if a recruit is going to pick their college based on number of uniform and helmet change, then I would question that player's ability to succeed in a college classroom.
do you really think that wearing a stupid helmet one game a year will sway an elite recruit into going to a school?
i see the uniform obsession is live and well
Congrats to Brian Kelly. It took three years, but he's finally turned Notre Dame into the best team in the Big East.
I totally see why you guys are so upset about Notre Dame's new helmets. Specifically, the new helmets at Notre Dame implicate the following ethical issues and will negatively impact Michigan fans or the Michigan football team in the following ways:
I brought home my wife from her second c-section yesterday but still managed to get to watch the Michigan game on DVR. Bascially, I have been under a rock for 72 hours and just now saw the helmets. All I thought was ERMAHGERD LERPREKERNS!!
I mean about you being under a rock. That's really weird.
Not gonna lie. I thought they were horrible in the preview pictures, but they looked awesome on the field.
