Prepare for plenty of Michigan references as part two of the FCS semi-finals kicks off after the commercial break. Villanova plays Appalachian State.

Winner faces Delaware in the finals. some other team pointed out by a commenter below.

It's not the semifinals.

The horror will play Minnesota's nemesis as they lost to them 2 of last 3 times, North Dakota St hopefully. NDSU is in ther 2nd full season of being eligible for FBC playoffs now.  NDSU will play Eastern Washington later today.

Delaware will play the Wofford/Southern GA winner.

I wouldn't call myself a fan, but since The Horror I pay more attention to Appy State scores. I tend to hope they do well. Although, today is not looking good for them so far. Do other Michigan fans root for or against Appy State?

In my universe Villinova knocking off 1 seed Michigan in the 1985 NCAA basketball tourney was "The Horror". I took that loss much harder than I took the loss to Appalachian State in football.

Emotionally, I'm not sure how I'd handle an App State - Delaware final (with those Delaware uniforms). Some combination of awful flashbacks and a desperate need for vengeance.
