NCAAFB Friday Night Thread LA Tech @ Nevada

Submitted by formerlyanonymous on
Nevada -11 or -11.5. Pistol offense is going up against a Bulldog team that looked VERY good last week facing Hawaii at home. I like the Bulldogs to cover. I don't think Nevada has 3 guys rush for 170+ yards again this week (which was ridiculous in its own right). Started well on the opening KO return inside the offensive 20.

Still reeling from last night. Trying to figure out how I lost on Missouri after the first three quarters. But, I am with you F.A......loving the Bulldawgs tonight. Not sure how a double digit line is justified here, especially given how disappointing Nevada has looked this year. I think this line is a mistake. No Sugarcoat.

After watching LA Tech dominate Hawaii last week, that line surprised me as well... but Nevada is gashing Tech in the first half. Still, if Tech can get their ground game moving in the second half, it will stay close enough.

Interesting to hear two well respected commenters say this line jumped out at them as an obvious (not that anything is ever that simple) La Tech line. I've never had the guts to actually bet, but I keep a running spreadsheet of my picks and this one jumped right out to me as a Nevada lean. Probably just goes to show that Vegas really knows what they're doing getting people on both sides and why they make money.

Nevada got off to a slow start this year but Kaepernick is finding out who his receivers are. Plus they have Taua back from injury tonight and all 3 of those 1000 yard rushers from last year are hard to stop.

any college football game, but man, I just could not get into this one. Big tv day tommorow though Aub/Ark Wisky/OSU Ten/Geo, if I could get it on my cable Ala/Ole Miss Fla/LSU Iowa/Michigan my thumb is going to hurt Sunday morning.
