NCAAFB: Bowling Green @ Toledo

I don't even know what the line is, but I would have taken the Rockets and the points.

After looking, it's only -9.5. I still like it. Rockets have been quietly having a really good season. The game against Notre Dame was equally their good play as it was ND's, well, usual play.

Rockets just struck. 6-0, PAT pending.

PAT blocked. Not even close to getting it off. Two BGSU players were laid out infront of the ball waiting on the kick. It looked like no blocking on the right side of the line. Yikes.

Also, Miami (NTM, -13) is at Akron. Maybe it's on ESPNU? I don't seem to have it, and I'm not going out of my way... yet.

I don't even know who to root for. I guess Bowling Green since it improves our strength of schedule and Toledo had to go and do something stupid last year.

I went to one Toledo game I think 4 years ago. I sat right in front of that guy whose high pitched crank siren you can hear after every first down, TD, or good defensive play. That was enough for me. Pisses me off just watching it on TV.

It has its good points, and its bad points, like any city. The most annoying thing about it? Residents that re elected Carty Finkbiner no matter what. I swear to god, that guy could've stabbed a baby nun and gotten re elected.

Bowling Green is getting all sorts of ESPN love this season.  They have been on ESPN 3 times this year.

They have played Michigan, Ohio, Toledo, on ESPN this year.  Their next game against Western Michigan will also be on ESPNU.

They must love Boo Boo Gates

So why did Conference USA poach Marshall from the MAC again? That's one of those mistakes you realize a few years later, no?

Marshall hardly seems to even fit the C-USA profile, southeastern city schools with better basketball teams than football teams (at least in most cases).

As a former Toledo Rocket, I refuse to admit that fan is one of ours.  When these announcers are ripping you, you know you suck.

The Polish Rifle needs to teach him how to throw.
