So we get compared to Duke quite a bit as far as offensive prowess. However, anyone see a main difference?
This is a real question...One I have an answer to, but seeing what everyone thinks.
Based on this game alone, the obvious answer is offensive rebounding, but I don't think they've been a really good team at that this year.
That is occuring at a high rate for them right now but I agree that hasn't been their MO, so to speak, so that wasn't quite what I'm thinking of.
More, Duke gets loads of very open looks. They are hitting shot after shot after shot in this game. I know we hit our fair of shots but many of ours come off somewhat-to-very contested looks. Dukes are 90% OPEN. And they nail them. It's keeping them in this game, quite honestly.

From what I've seen, Texas scares me more than either of Duke or Mercer.
