....and rather heavily on many sites, if you line up Mercer's stats, they actually average more assists and rebounds than Duke and have close to the same eFG% on their respective seasons as well. Mercer also allows a lower eFG% on defense and gets more blocks on average than Duke. Turnovers and a knack for fouling might cost Mercer though.

Day 2 of heaven.  Two good ones on to watch.  However, Baylor's uniforms are an atrocity against mankind and literally streak across the screen like a damn highlighter (I have a very mid-level tv, so I know it's not a low quality tv issue).

Mercer just ripped Jabari Parker!  2 point game again.  Duke needs to quit hitting 3/4s of the Threes they take.

Mercer hits a three!

Duke by 1 at half.   Coach K actually doing his halftime interview.

Nebraska has more turnovers than points and there are 11 minutes left in the first half.  Wow.

I really respect Duke and Coach K and usually pull for them *ducks*.  But damn if Mercer wins we would have exactly one game in which we weren't overwhelming favorites in order to get to the Final Four. /thingsthatareirrelevantbecausedukewillwinby100

Something tells me that Mercer's fortunes will expire in the second half, but hey...that's what I thought about Dayton-OSU yesterday, too. Yeah, Duke getting knocked out in the opening game is always a great thing.

Damn Peteway cant get a shot to fall.  They will lose if that continues.

Also, on a semi-related note, Nebraska can't really get anyone to hit a shot.

20 combined fouls in just over 15 minutes. To say this game has been called tightly is an understatement.  Really hurts Nebraska more than Baylor.

Sidenote- Baylor uniforms remind me of Oregon- when did Baylor acquire the Highlighter color on their uniforms?

How does a team with a winning record in the Big Ten score 16 points in a half?  That's a bad high school JV team score.
