NCAA record for Denard

Submitted by jericho on

First player to 200/200 twice in a regular season in FBS.  Wow.  It took him 5 games as a starter. So how many more can he get this year?

right now. We will watch him shattering many NCAA records in next 2 and half seasons. His running ability will leave a lot of space for our WRs to maneuver before and after the catch. I am not sure the 27.7 yard per catch is a record for any QB completing more than 10 passes in a game. But it has to be close to he top. People will compare any fast legged QBs to him for long long time.

Denard's performance this year is putting serious challenge to Barry Sanders's Heisman year in terms of ridiculous statistical performances....

Quite simply, Denard isn't playing  like a video game, Denard is The Game.

RR may have been a part of some records dissipating, but I bet his players eventually set more records than they lost.

He actually did it in 4 games and 9 minutes. If he will have played the entire last game I believe he would've three 200/200 games. Anyway I think that by the end of next year he will have all of the top 10 all-purpose yards per game in Michigan history.

After all the frustrating years of molasses slow quarterbacks, Denard is absolutely amazing to watch! The only thing that will slow him down is getting injured. After he took another shot to that knee in the Indiana game, it took him a few series to shake it off and play up to his usual caliber.  Give him another few years under the Barwis conditioning program and people won't be talking about whether or not he's durable enough, they'll be talking about all the shattered records.
