it's not based upon a login but, instead, if the IP subscribes. i've tried doing the same to no success. they may have changed their system but i don't think it's an option - why can't you access it from work?

You are mostly correct.

If you are at home and have comcast, you are not prompted for a login/password by espn360.

If you away from your comcast service, you must enter your comcast credentials to gain access to espn360.

I wish I could help, but alas I have Dish which does not have 360 access (at least last I checked a while back).

However, you still have over 24 hours to get a hold of your roommate. God speed in your quest.

P.S. Now that I think of it, your work provider should be the one dictating whether you can get 360, not your home provider. In my case the provider of my work Internet also does not have 360 access.
