The ncaa has the sec's wang so far up their (censored) that they couldn't make change for a 5  with a compass and three pounds of lard.

In all seriousness, the ncaa is proving itself to be nothing but a tool of the sec. No rational person thinks its better to militantly oversee camps while ignoring ongoing sec investigations. Its infuriating.

I guess we can rehash this then. I don't see how they can do anything given they had to back off the last time for fear of legal problems. They are running a huge risk of getting sued and then the feces will really hit the fan in every aspect.

I think this is a good move by the NCAA to be honest. Everyone hear will scream "conspiracy!!!!!" but it's a good rule if passed. They regulate other recruiting practices so these should be regulated as well. The camps can still be ran without turning into a national carnival and circus tour. +1 for the NCAA.

If they were weren't regulated, you could do them 365 days a year. You can't. You're just tired of the news coverage. I suggest you cut your TV off and get off of MGoBlog. The reviews have been ALL positive...it's not Harbaughs fault ESPN and the media make a big deal about it. Should we just make rules based on media coverage? Tim Tebow should've been forced to quit football at Florida. Riley Curry should be sent to boarding school in Siberia. Manziel should be sent to the moon. The NFL season should only be 2 months long. Anything that is hyped my the media is evil and should immediately be banned.

First, slippery slope is a terrible argument. Second, this is all seeming to be a bit much frankly and I do worry about the implied burdens on people's time.

If you don't think some regulation is coming you haven't been paying attention. I'd rather the window be shortened than have a ban be put in place.

NCAA is out to get JH. And to think, we thought the NFL kept saying he would never leave the NFL for college. We thought they meant because it was more work with recruiting and all. But they said it because they knew the only organization more screwed up then they are is the ncaa. It all makes sense now....

I'm trying to think of every possible reason for doing this and I just can't come up with one. It's like asking: why does the NFL hate Tom Brady? It makes zero fucking sense.
