NCAA 13 release tonight... Who is going out and picking it up at midnight?
I was thinking about picking it up at midnight but I realize that I'll be up until 5 playing it and work will be hell tomorrow. So for my own sake I will bolt out of work and just play it nonstop tomorrow.
They don't have neutral sites but at least for me, Michigan is the home team vs Alabama.
I'm going to go out and pick it up, but there's no way I'm paying for it.
Every year in school my buddy and I would call in sick to our shitty summer jobs the day NCAA was released. We would pick up a case (or two) of nasty Icehouse beer and play dynasty mode until our eyes bled and all the beer dissapeared.
One time I beat him on a last second hail-mary and he ran into the hallway in Markley and kicked the heating vent. I went back a few years ago and that dent is still there. That dent is my legacy.
I was playing with my friend and when he beat me on a last second hail mary I chucked his controller out his door and broke it. He keeps it around as a keepsake
I got quite a verbal lashing after pulling off this play online vs a guy playing as Bama in NCAA '11. Tate passed it to Shaw, who lateralled to Molk, who lateralled to Omameh, who took it 77 yards to the house as the clock expired for the win.
That's pretty good. I can definitely see someone rage-quiting after that. The fact that it was a painfully slow lineman only made things better.
Always a fun time when the roster is released.
Devotee, do you write down a list of changes or just make them one by one?
I usually edit a popular roster file for the 360 to make all of the big ten powers super realistic, right down to the arm pads and even a few re-ratings (down and up).
I figured I'd ask just in case we could swap notes so the rival team is fine tuned.
...but I'm just psyched that Breaking Bad Season 4 is coming to Netflix later this month.
Isn't there a Best Buy next door to that Meijer? There was back when I lived there at least. So, thanks - but "saving the trip" is a moot point if you could just walk to the Best Buy and grab it...
So how is it for Xbox? I will be picking it up after work.

Is it just me or are all the games for 360 wonky? I remember playing NCAA '06 on my Xbox and they never had any issues with gameplay or graphics like this.

Going through the Heisman mode and Denard takes off running probably 60-70% of the passing plays. Even when I'm wide open, he'll run. Something has to be broken.
does denard have the dreads in this one lol?
Love the game so far, but no dreads for denard. and worse yet, as far as I can see, there isn't a way to change the hair style of the players. Last year the dreadlocks were under one of the "face types", but none of them seem to have them this year.
