My Forcier man-crush is almost unseemly

I'm not one to get too high or low on a college kid, but you cannot say enough about how good Tate is in the clutch, interception or not. After many to be expected moments of being confused by coverages and making questionable reads, when the time comes to shine and put us in position to win the game he does. It's now a cliche, but for a true freshman, in his first road game under the most hostile conditions imaginable, he came through. I disagree with those who say he is closer to his upside potential than Robinson, I think the sky is the limit for this kid in the college game, and we should be deliriously happy we have him here. Bravo Tate.

He lives for this. He is already incredible. Most good seniors can't do what he has done this season-3 game winning or game tying drives in the last couple minutes. Man, that 92 yd drive was unbelievable.

that dude is amazing..I cant believe that he almost had his 3rd comeback in 5 games...a 92 yard drive with 3 minutes an no timeouts...

How huge was the personal foul call on MSU during our 92-yd drive? We only had a short gain otherwise, and the clock continuing to tick. It moved us from inside our 30 to our 42.

He's just unbelievably impressive as a true freshman quarterback. That said, he still makes those surprising gun-slinging mistakes a bit too much. He got away with all of them until overtime. A couple of them were on that impressive drive, too. But on the balance, I can't say enough good about his performance. It was really incredible.

He's insane to watch. I've learned my lesson on doubting whether Tate could come back today for us, shame on me. It's just amazing how calm he is in critical situations. It's a beautiful thing really.

had 2 scoring drives in the 4th quarter in the ND and Indiana game, as well as today. I think teams are going to be nervous only having a 14 point lead against Michigan late in the 4th quarter from now on. The legend of Tate Forcier grows. . .

I agree.. the legend is growing. I hope Tate doesn't beat himself up too much on the interception. I don't know if I can name many quarterbacks, and definitely can't name another true freshman, who could drive us down the field like he did to even get us to overtime. I like this kid. A lot.

...poised for a kid just coming in. Fun to watch. ESPN would have gone nuts had he somehow won this one. Let's just hope we can rally and win next week. I wish we could get D-Rob on the field with Tate more frequently. What a distraction that would be for opposing defenses.

As games come down to the end we don't need to think "you have to have faith". we only need to think "you have to have Tate"!!!!!!!!!!! I think these next 4 years are going to be awesome.
