Sry, but I don't see the need to have 12 anywhere in the logo. i know we'll have 12 teams next season, but the Big Ten is known for many things. One being it's history, and I don't think that changing the logo to be reflect the current number of teams in the conference is necessary. What happens if in anothe ryear we expand and get another 2 teams, then they'd have to change the logo again. Which would suck for Big Ten merchandise, changing and updating the logo. Also on a side note, what does everyone think about the "Legends" and "Leaders" names? I don't like them, I think we could've been a little more creative than that.

If its necessary to include the 12, I think it would fit better between the B and the G, surrounding the i.
Also, that way you'd have essentiall "B12" with some extra letters.

This really makes me realize how much the new logo sucks.
Couldn't they have done some kind of contest and have every school submit on and vote on it?? I'm fairly confident that everyone on this board could do a better job than they did.

Fucking everyone wants to get cute with the subliminal numbers. This is dumb. This is not clever. This does not justify the contract. This is like Oregon putting feathers on their shoulders. Didya hear? We're the Ducks.
The conference name doesn't make sense because we have 12 teams. Just deal with it and move on. Put "Big Ten" in a logo that's not so goddamn bland and boring it looks like it took 90 seconds to make.
I was completely confused yesterday about where the fucking 2 next to the 1 in "B1G" was. I had to read that it was supposed to look like B10 before I got it.
