Mustaches for MGoBlog
We here at Mustaches for Michigan follow MGoBlog closely, as we know you all do. So we think you'll find today's post MGoWorthy as we revive... wait for it... NAKED MAN.
As a reminder, we're posting our weekly photo progress report tomorrow. If you've joined the movement and have begun growing out the 'stache, send your photo our way to [email protected]
As always, we hope you'll follow along with us leading up to the Opener at: www.mustachesformichigan.com
Brian, let's see that 'stache!

my cousin grew a mustache once. he said he didn't have to worry about women or children speaking to him while he had it. pretty nice.

Brian has always had a mustache (with attached goatee).

Check out these sweet pics of Brian wsporting the lip warmer.

Those look like full on beards in some photos or goatee in other photos. Any photos of Brian with the stache only??

We have seen pictures. That goat must be allowed to sprout from his face unfettered, and on gameday, mowed down into a flavor-saving instrument of justice.

I have no idea what "flavor-saving instrument of justice" actually means, mostly since I'm stuck on the phrase "flavor-saving" but it sure SOUNDS like something I can get behind.
Maybe I'll change my avatar so that it's Caesar... with a mustache!

Comes from the famous American Mustache Interview on the Clay Zavada stache:
Why is this famous? Why because it was covered on the WrightStache back in the middle of our "holy shit we get to be on SNY" stage, otherwise known as "May."
By the way, friend, if you haven't befriended Dr. Aaron Perlut yet, he is an awesome friend for any stached website to have!

Thank you for the video, that was quite entertaining to watch. I'd definitely never even heard of that.
I must confess though, even after watching the video, I still don't know what the "flavor-saving" part of the phrase actually means.

I cannot give you enough +s to show my gratitude for that EPIC interview.

Just like the bust in the original Batman movie? In fluorescent green and red? The awesome.

I have a full beard that I love deeply. Would it be acceptable if I wore a fake moustache OVER my full beard?
Thank you in advance,
Foote Fetish

So, that is not you in the avatar?
August 20th, 2009 at 7:20 PM ^
As much as I would love to be Larry Foote, alas I am not actually Larry Foote.

While we would love the support for more Mustaches for Michigan, we understand that there are some that might have any myriad of reasons why you are unable to grow a 'stache. We've got you covered. Every 'stache is sacred.
Click here. Print out. Cut out. Adorn as needed.

There are no adequate reasons for not sporting a 'stache in time for the Western game.
Do It!
Though I've only been a part of the movement for the week, I have submitted my shot for this week's M4M rundown...

theres no adequate reason why people don't stand and yell during the game but not everyone does.
August 29th, 2009 at 5:20 PM ^
No valid reasons? Even for women?

I recently had a full beard. A healthy, vibrant beard straight from the Irish Isles. Red and full of glory, sadly it went the way of the razor as responsibilities overcame its brazen masculinity. Emasculated, I hang my baby smooth face in shame... I no longer have my "giggle monster".

What about growing mustaches above your eyes?
