Course he is. This is their season. If they win, they may win 8. If they lose, they're going to complete their implosion.

Good for the kid. If we are going to beat them I'd like them at their best.

I never think this way. Whatever gives M a legal edge, I favor that.
October 19th, 2012 at 8:14 PM ^
not a shock...I think everyone completely expected him to play. Should test the coverage skills of Ryan/Morgan a little more.
Either way as long as we win in the trenches his return means squat.
October 19th, 2012 at 8:22 PM ^
This is their season. Im not surprised at all.
October 19th, 2012 at 8:27 PM ^
Remember this year's Super Bowl? Gronk "gave it a go" and although he did play he was but a shell of himself and the Giants quickly figured that out. It'll be interesting to see if Sims can cut laterally.
October 19th, 2012 at 8:28 PM ^
Good, they have no excuses. They'd all be like, Mad Max didn't have his only target that can catch.
October 19th, 2012 at 8:40 PM ^
Has Sims practiced at all this week?
October 19th, 2012 at 8:41 PM ^
Funchess better anyway. Screw MSU.
October 19th, 2012 at 8:46 PM ^
This most likely will be subtraction by addition for MSUs offense with him in the field running on one leg. I look forward to this.
October 19th, 2012 at 9:11 PM ^
It wouldn't be a Michigan vs. Michigan State game if MSU didn't have a convicted felon on the field.

Do you remember our offseason? Comments like this belong on their message boards.
October 19th, 2012 at 11:28 PM ^
yes this
October 20th, 2012 at 10:30 AM ^
Did you miss the "/pot" part which makes it clear he was joking?
October 19th, 2012 at 9:34 PM ^
By surprise.
October 19th, 2012 at 10:21 PM ^
He's good to go. Just got the wind knocked out of him.
October 19th, 2012 at 11:32 PM ^
Any real competitor gives it a go in this game.
October 19th, 2012 at 11:42 PM ^
Not surprised at all. Ever since Dantonio said he was "questionable", they might as well just have said "he's gonna play". No way he misses this game.
October 19th, 2012 at 11:47 PM ^
He doesn't aggravate it more seriously. I'd hate to see a kid take an injury that should heal great in a few months and turn it into a yearlong thing.
October 19th, 2012 at 11:51 PM ^
Let me show you my shocked face:
/Insert funny meme showing someone with shocked face
I never even considered a scenario where he didn't play in some capacity
October 20th, 2012 at 12:17 AM ^
until he takes the first hit.
October 20th, 2012 at 5:54 AM ^
Of course he is. Dantonio will do anything to try to gain an edge, like trying to get us to plan w/o Sims... no one's fooled.
October 20th, 2012 at 6:16 AM ^
Dey-Dey s going to play on his rolled ankle too.
It wont matter.
October 20th, 2012 at 10:40 AM ^
I get that he wants to play, but I'd hate to see him get hurt for the rest of the season. But it's a rivalry game - I get why he wants to be out there.
October 20th, 2012 at 10:56 AM ^
Well that sucks. Hopefully it will be in limited capacity.
October 20th, 2012 at 1:21 PM ^
He blows anyways.
