Can anyone fill me in on the backstory of this photo? I've seen it posted for years bet never knew its origin. I always assumed this was written on a car with a M logo somewhere on it, perhaps during an MSU game in Ann Arbor.

I worked at both the tennis center and the golf course while going to school. I had a key to the gate behind the tennis center that led to the course where we could get in before anyone else. We used to fill my pickup with a couple of love seats and everything else. I have to say I would bet a decent amount of money that I was more comfortable under neath the 3rd buckeye tree(I know, buckeye trees on UM'S course??) on the 9th fairway on my love seat than most people on a fold up chair. The downside was I had to work at the course Sunday mornings at 6am. Cleaning up after people's tailgates, hung over, was not fun. And not a Homer statement, nor opinion as my bosses would warn us, but picking up after Sparty games was worse than any other visiting school's fanbase. Those guys didn't believe in garbage cans. And on one occasion, we had to remove a couch. So someone brought a couch, knowing full well they would be leaving it there. Unbelievable!!

I have a fantasy of driving a large truck full of couches, several containers of lighter fluid and some boxes of matches and dropping them at strategic locations around campus during a big game, just to enjoy the game's afterglow.

Man, I hope we get a post about Northwestern's tailgating which requires all patrons to leave their belts, shoelaces, and any sharp objects at the gate before entering.

Seriously, and I really do try not to crap on posts like this, but who gives a Flying Unicorn Carrying Kerosene about MSU's tailgating rules?

Only been to a couple football games in East Lansing, but it sure seems like they allow open alcohol on the sidewalks on the way to the game. Strange that wasn't addressed.

must be shaved..Couches must be sprayed for lice and cockroaches prior to bringing them on campus. Not necessary for couches already present. Grazing by Spartan faithful will be allowed on field at the games conclusion so bring your wives.

Has anyone made the trip, or planning on making the trip to East Lansing in an RV? I notice you can't stay in the lot overnight so i am trying to figure out where other people park there RVs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
