If I was coach Rodriguez this what I say to my team on the day of the game. There are some people out there that doubted us before this season began. They said how Michigan would struggle going into the 2009 season. They didn't even imagine for a minute that we would be the 22nd best in the nation. Well here we are today. Undefeated 4-0 and 2nd in the Big Ten. But I don't give a damn about all that right now. The only thing I'm thinking about is last year when they came to our stadium. When they BEAT US IN OUR HOUSE AND HOW PISSED WE WERE WATCHING THEM HOLD THAT TROPHY THAT'S WHAT I'M THINKING ABOUT. Your blood should be red as fire right now hot as molten rock. You should all be thinking "God I want to tear these bastards apart today! I want to beat these guys in the dirt and THEN SOME!" For all you seniors here this is your chance to leave a mark on their face. To send a message to this team that you left this stadium and your school knowing you showed here today who the REAL CHAMPION OF MICHIGAN IS! That you proved that Michigan has never and will never bow down to Michigan State! This state is OURS! THIS GAME IS OURS! They thought Central was bad well they have no idea what team they are about to go up against here! (starting to slap some helmets around). SHOW THESE GUYS THAT WERE THE ONLY TEAM IN THIS STATE! SHOW THESE GUYS WHO THE REAL VICTORS ARE! SHOW THESE GUYS WHY WE HOLD THE PAUL BUNYAN EVERY YEAR AND WHY IT BELONGS TO US! This is your worst rival next to the team down south so make this game one to remember! LETS GO OUT THERE AND TURN THEIR HOUSE INTO OUR BIG HOUSE LETS BRING HOME THAT TROPHY BACK WHERE IT BELONGS!
