I feel confident. We took Sparties best shot and it took two tipped balls to keep that drive alive and they score. Mattison will adjust and we will lockdown the Sparties in the 2nd half.

Devin to Gallon/Funchess/Chesson for a long TD to tie game. Gibby redeems PSU and wins the game at the end.

and honestly the defense is doing their job it's the offense that needs to put up points. They can do it they need to keep hitting gallon and Funchess though. Spartans look like shit offensively and honestly got some lucky bounces. It's only a 7 point lead. Not worried.

They're making the most with the little talent they've brought in, and we're doing sort-of okay (at times) with the top talent our coaches have brought in. That's disheartening, knowing we could be better, but aren't. I'm holding out hope for second half adjustments, but we've been 50-50 on second half adjustments on the road the last three years.

The Spartan defense needs a different snap timing to deal with.  Week after week I can watch the M center and time his snap!!  It's ridiculous!  I learned in 7th grade flag football to change up a snap count!!!!!!!!!

Reading the posts from you guys is very disheartening.  MSU is treeing in this game.  They should have already turned it over twice, and Michigan botched a snap to screw ourselves.  Come off the ledge, and stop whining.

I would if this were the first time I've seen it, but we've been underperforming on the road systemically, while other teams, like our opponents, seem to be able to consistently do the things we wish we could do with fewer resources and less talent. We're not in a terrible position, but we could/should be in a great position.

Our oline can't block States defensive line.
All the halftime adjustments won't fix that. They are soft as a cotton ball. It's personnel really. Are they working hard enough in the weight room, because they look so physically weak.

lol -41 yards rushing.  Physicalness!

I've heard Hoke say that talk is meaningless once the game starts.  Well, it applies to the coaches as well.  We have a lot of platitudes with nothing to show for it.  The line play on both sides has been mediocre for three years.

One (or more) of these near-turnovers will go our way in the second half, and Sparty won't score another TD today. I'm feeling better about this game now than prior to kickoff.
