My elementary school song was a take of 'On Wisconsin', my middle school was green & white and the fight song was a take off of OSU's 'Across the Field', and my high school just had this awful original fight song that no one knew and everyone agreed sucked. Thank God I went to UofM and learned to appreciate a REAL marching band, and not the goofy looking militant wing of the Salvation Army I see down here in OH-IO

Same general thought, my elementary school's fight song was based on Notre Dame. I didn't realize how infuriating that was until I got to college. Of course, everyone in the school changed it to something involving boogers and nerds and other wonderful grade school humor.

To the tune of Johnny B. Good by Chuck Berry (aka "Go, Johnny, Go") and use the words "No, Sparty, No." Actually, I wonder if we could get our band to do this when we play them and we can all sing along. Who has connections with the Band Director?
