What a shocker!! MSU beat writer for the Det News trying to make something out of nothing. Whatever.
Sounds like anything that Beilein had more of a problem with the officiating than the Spartans defense.
If we were State fans and we heard that we'd be saying the exact same thing.
Just the thought of being a spartan fan makes me feel less intelligent.

Beilein is right. MSU picked up a lot of fouls early and then the refs stopped calling the body checking that was going on. They were very inconsistent.

The "MSU beat writer" probably wants to take as much attention away from MSU's troubles as possible. He has probably felt like the "MSU beat-down writer" since Thanksgiving, so this gives him a respite.
It's OK, though; it's been four months or so since the last "Sparty No" incident. I'm sure another one will happen soon.
Maybe Beilein should be more worried about getting his players to nut-up.
