I don't like to give up on anything Michigan sports related, but it's a lost cause to vote for Hagerup. The panel has clearly made their overwhelming decision and the voters are following suit. Also, to be honest, if I wasn't such a U of M homer, I'd vote for the raptor in a heartbeat.

There is a longer video of it on You Tube and he falls twice before the fall you see in the GIF, including falling down the stairs. It's just a performer in a mascot suit doing a shtick routine he's practiced over and over. Just another clown at the circus
