More Player Interviews: B Cole, K Hill, Kerridge, Rudock

Submitted by Michigan Eaglet on

As more player interviews continue to leak from media day, I found 4 more from Brian Cole, Khalid Hill, Joe Kerridge and Jake Rudock (I believe this is a new Rudock one). The timing worked perfectly with Cole being on the front page today, but all the videos are about 2 minutes long or less.

Embeds below.

I think Kerridge could get himself a couple of goal line rushing td's

Owen Marecic pounded out 9 TD's from 09-10 for Stanford so it wouldn't suprise me at all to see Kerridge get a dive or two in the year

I've always said I thought Khalid Hill would be a solid contributor on this team.  His high school video was very good and he was a very successful 7-on-7 receiver, which is rare for a TE, especially one as beefy as he is.  He's quick, runs very good routes and has good hands so I still think he'll be good if he can stay healthy.  He was showing glimpses of that last season before the ACL.

quality of the individuals on the team. Give some credit to Hoke there. Okay, before everyone jumps in with Clark and other.exceptions to the rule, my point is big picture. Compare our guys to other programs

Was also a last second Hoke scramble commit - he committed on or near signing day and Hoke, like Harbaugh, didn't have a ton of time to recruit. I kind of consider that year a wash when looking at Hoke and I'll do the same about this year and Harbaugh.

Interesting note...Hoke's fillers for that class?

  • Chris Barnett - never made it
  • Frank Clark - mentioned above
  • Thomas Rawls - seemed like a good kid, but transfered
  • Chris Bryant - seemed like a good kid, but injured
  • Russell Bellomy - seemed like a good kid, but wasn't a good football player
  • Antonio Poole - never made it
  • Tamani Carter - never made it

Matt Wile, Keith Heitzman and Raymon Taylor were the only ones to finish their careers at Michigan and Heitzman wasn't invited back for a 5th year.
