More Love for Tom Terrific

Always love to see evidence that Brady (as in Tom, not Hoke) is the tops of his profession.  ESPN has one of those survey questions today:  If you had to pick a QB to win just one game, who would it be -- Tom, Rodgers, Eli, Payton, or Brees?

Tom won the poll, and won EVERY state in the union, except for those states that showed total homerism.  Eli won the Packers' home turf (Wisconsin, Dakotas, Montana); Eli won NY; Payton won Indianapolis, Tennessee (barely) and Colorado (barely).  Brees won Louisiana and Mississippi.

It's not scientific, but anyone who wants to argue -- as objectively as possibly -- that Tom isn't the top QB in the league is probably being just a homer or a hater.

NOTE:  I guess Amani Toomer would have added Tony Romo to that list..... /wtf?

Not to put down Brady at all, but today, right now, I actually would put my trust in Eli. When it comes to winning in the playoffs right now, it's hard not to pick Eli ahead of those listed. 3-4 years ago, it would have been Brady no question.

Taking anyone else is asinine in that situation. Some haters point to his 2 super bowl losses as evidence that he's not the greatest, yet anyone that actually watched those games knows that he put his team in position to win both of those and got beat by a defensive let down. I fully believe that had the patriots trailed in the final minutes of both Suoer bowk's Brady would have driven right down the field for the game winner. It's amazing how close he is to being 5-0 in Super bowl's. A David Tyree miracle and a Wes welker drop away IMO. P.s. He's not done.

If we agree Brady for today's must-win ONE game debate, where would he stack up against Montana, Elway, Young, and Favre?

My rankings would go like this:

1. Montana

2. Brady

3. Elway

4. Young

5. Favre
