Monday Night NCAA Bball Open Thread
Great story unfolding on NBCsports. William & Mary is one of only 5 teams to miss all of the previous NCAA tournaments (Northwestern is also one of the five). They are currently up 3 with 2 minutes to go in their conference championship game.

Wow, tuned it for that gem of an in bounds play. That was horrific outside of the fact that it worked out in the end.
EDIT: Net failure, doink on the free throw. And 1 the other way.
DOUBLE EDIT: That's the kind of grit you can only get by watching the tournament on television for your whole program's existence. It didn't even look like #5 understood that this was the end of the game for the last minute.
May have jinxed them. Oops.
Good thing I'm not emotionally invested

I put Gonzaga-St. Mary's on myself, although I am flipping back to the repaly of the Kansas game from last year as well.
In any case, some of the Massey stuff....
Ohio University getting 92% against Ball State, and Eastern Michigan getting 92% against Western Michigan. Northern Illinois getting 66% against Bowling Green in the MAC as well.
In the game I am watching, Massey gives Gonzaga 67% against St. Mary's. BYU is getting 62% against San Francisco too.
WOW! Im from Kalamazoo so I try to at least keep up with WMU. I thought they had a pretty descent team this year. But if EMU has a 92% chance of beating them, I guess I should have watched a few of their games. Just looked, I guess EMU owned them earlier so it's not unreasonable I guess.
