Cincy has a nice skyline I remember thinking many times as I crossed back over from KY how nice it is for being in such a shithole state.

It really is one of the best "city approaches" in America. I was there in staring in 1997. It was a very neutral city (OSU/Michigan), in fact I often met Michigan fans. It wans't until they started winning that you started to see large amount of people dusting off their OSU gear.

Ha! Isn't that the truth. I went to UC (Conservatory of Music) and I don't even root for them. I just could't get into it. Do you find that fandom picked up around the Tressel years more so, than before?

That's actaully what we told ourselves while we lived there. It really does feel less "Ohio" than other parts of the state. I enjoyed my time there. Loved all the parks (Ault, Alms, Eden, etc.).

Having grown up in Michigan and trying it for the first time, I immediatly didn't like it. In fact in the 8 years living there, I probably only had it 6-10 times only because I'd go with my local friends. Out west, I had friends that were from that area and they would get packets (sent from home) to make thier own, and it fianlly grew on me. I could never taste the difference between the two until I went back recently had both. I'd persoanlly have to vote for gold star.
