MONDAY drinking thread

What you got?

I've got a fresh fruit margarita from my vitamix with 5 limes, 2 lemons, an orange, 1 cup of sugar, 3 shots of grand marnier, an 5 shots of sauza reposado.

Yes, this drink was intended for Saturday night, but I didn't drink it because when I stopped drinking during the Colorado game was when the comeback started. I even harassed my neighbor to invite me over to sit in the corner of his wraparound sofa where numerous indications of superstitious power had been displayed th is season.

Moments after sitting down we hit a FG to go ahead.

Then my ahole buddy used his extremely overpowered and frustrating ability to ruin my life and texted me: " there is so way Michigan can lose this now". You all know what happened moments later. He sent the same text before the blocked punt last year, and before the app state game (and a few others ). You all know the result.

The only time his text did not work was when I turned off my phone for the OT Illinois game when I knew it was coming. I accept blame for the ruin of a perfect season. The board has my apologies.

I hate him. I hate superstition. I hate that I am a grown adult who had nightmares about the field goal reminiscent of when Colorado threw the hail mary. I hate that Speight is out for the season. (Go O'Korn)

But I love a good margarita. Happy Monday night and Go Blue.

Angry Orchard green apple. I had 6 Redd's Apple Ales yesterday. 

Especially after the news earlier.

You don't build a tolerance with Angry Orchard.

You do it with whiskey, dammit.

 

....in all seriousness, put that shit away. Have one when your mom is around or something. Also in all seriousness, if you're going to drink one...pour it in a glass, then put one shot of fireball in it. Trust me, you'll like it and it's not the end of the world (as in, you're not going to be coughing and turning up your face because it's too strong).

Too sugary for me, but it tastes good if you like cinnamon apples and whatnot.

 

As for what to drink, if you're going to build a tolerance, just drink liqour with pop or juice...and just mix less and less as you go along. Hard cider ain't gonna do it for ya, honey. Unless you're in that summer between middle school and high school and you think you're hot shit. Then maybe it gets you a handjob, maybe.

In a past life I blacked out 3 nights a week. We would sit around over breakfast to try and pice together how we all made it home safe.

Then I went and got a job, a wife, and 3 kids in 2 years. This is probably my first amonday drinking thread in years.

Please let the kids sleep through the night tonight... please?!?!?!
