M/Illinois Pre Game Festivities

Saturday's Sojourn from Azoo to AA: Depart 7 am. M van decorated before departure. Cooler and pickup filled with 400 beers of all sorts. Twin M tents and twin Maize and Blue grill with deep fryer. It'll be our Thanksgiving Day at Pioneer. Deep fried turkey, mashed taters, stuffing and gravy. Salad. Rhubarb pie. M Bullhorn charged and ready. Yagerbombs.......It's time for our 6th win! GO BLUE!!

My family and I are going to the game tomorrow, and plan on tailgaiting at the AA pioneer parking lot. What recommendations would you give for what time to arrive to ensure that we have a spot? I don't want to get their too late that we cant find a good spot in the parking lot. I want to make sure that we only have a short distance to walk since my dad recently had an amputation so thats why i am so hell bent on making sure we make it in time.Thanks in advance to anyone that has suggestions!

game. It gives us time to setup, start cooking and relax. People that are neighbors at the tailgate get there at 6am. or earlier. Tell the people taking the $ that you have a handicapped person and want to get as close to the diagonal sidewalk as possible. It would make the trip into the House a little easier.
