Mikoyan Visits the Big House - Part 2
So here are my shots during and after the game. It was fun being down on the field of the Big House but it was a deal of work. It certainly was more crowded than doing the games at Rynearson. There also were a few more restrictions but all in all I had a blast doing it. I hope I get another opportunity to find myself on the field again (at the Big House).
So shots of the game:

Shots after the game:

And a not so great Panoramic shot of the Stadium:

I managed to get a shot of Lloyd Brady but given the furor over the last person that posted pictures of him, I decided to not post his picture.l
Anyways, I hope you guys like these.

I don't get the issue with the picture of Lloyd Brady. I missed the last meltdown apparently, but didn't one of his friends on the site say that he didn't mind? If I had celebrity status in the mgoblog community I'd be flattered.

Yeah, one supposed friend was going all Sally Field and telling people to please think of the children while others said he was happy to accomodate photo requests and was walking around with a Lloyd Brady t shirt on. The latter was corroborated with smiling, pumpkin-pie-haircutted photo evidence.

I also can confirm that he was proudly sporting a loyd Brady t-shirt and embracing the celebrity status.

has been around since the 70s. I don't think that's new. Otherwise, great work as usual. I like the shot of the 4th down goal line stand.

It's a new old tradition. They reported the Slippery Rock scores in the 70's and Slippery Rock played at the Big House twice and shortly after Slippery Rock's last appearance at the Big House, they stopped announcing the socres. Last year, they brought it back.

and in 2008 and 2009. Maybe I'm misremembering it but I'm pretty sure Slippery Rock scores have been back for more than just a year.

It's possible. The only game I've been to in either of those years was the EMU game. I just remember it vividly from last year because it was odd.

I don't think it was a goal line stand...but it is still one of my favorite shots....

EMU pulled out the quadruple I formation twice in that set of downs, as I recall. It was probably the most exciting thing that happened in the first quarter.

Oh...now I know which shot you're talking about. The one where Javonti Greene was trying to leap over the pile only to get stopped by Kovacs? Where I was on the other endzone at the time? I thought you meant one of the shots where I got them lined up at the scrimmage.
