Every program has its ups and downs. Speaks to the level of talent that Carr left. Add in the transfers, injuries, and flameouts and there we go. Also, speaks to development of talent by RR (paricularly defensively) and some of his system players. Although, I think a Rimington winner and forcing a pitch on a speed rush are pretty good. The only guys recruited who would have been able to potentially leave early were Campbell and Turner. As mentioned above, give Hoke some time, especially with some of the players that are coming in.

actually want Detroit to grab him, as silly as that sounds. Stafford is proven legit but still seen as injury prone and due to the old rookie salary system we cant keep Hill beyond this year due to Stafford, Suh and Johnson regardless of restructuring. we'll need a solid backup next year.
