Also love how much interest he has in history. Always love when coaches show passion for things outside of football as well, as I think it gives a great demonstration to players that you can be passionate and great at things outside of football. One of the reasons I loved Carr as a coach.

The best part of the Q&A, about four questions down, the questioner asks about the ill will towards Texas Tech, and he comes back with "Kliff and I are very close, even though it is true that Tech hasn't paid me my salary of 2009 which is the last season I worked."
