Leach deserved better than the railroading he got at TTU, and this is a great place for him.  After about a year or two in the booth, his personality should help compensate for the hatchet job done on his reputation.  This should sway public opinion enough that he will start being mentioned when high-profile jobs come up.   

I was hoping he'd be in studio with John Saunders and Craig James. Ideal IMO
