Mike Hart TD alert

Submitted by Lordfoul on

Mike Hart puts Indy on his back to stave off (it would appear) the Chiefs upset bid.  Scores on an 11 yard run.  Good to see him getting meaningful snaps.  Love that guy.

Beat me to it.  Was going to post this as well.  Great to see Hart out there finally getting some decent PT.  Sucks Addai is hurt though, but it's finally Hart's chance to show the team what he can do.

Never beat Ohio St once. I love Mike Hart more than anyone I'm just saying sometimes things you do/say come back to haunt you. If you think that statement had nothing to do with the last three years even aside from everything else your living in ignorance. Don't hate cause I'm speaking the truth all y'all.

Yes, it's clearly his fault we never beat OSU when he was here.  He only scored three TDs in the '06 game.  It's his fault for not scoring four.  And it's totally his fault for being too injured to play much in the '05 and '07 games.

Get a reality check man. If someone made a list of reasons why we haven't beaten MSU in three years, mike hart's comments fall somewhere between Rich Rod having a bad dream the night before and the planets being out of alignment on the scale of importance.

Any man who believes Mike Hart's "Little Bro" comment is the reason for our current and infamous Sparty streak needs to look down at the void where your balls used to be and grow a pair.

Hart spoke the truth that day and that's why it stung so much.   Personally I'd welcome a little more swagger from the current team.  They're not where they need to be yet, but we're still Michigan and that means a lot.

BTW, when I heard about Hart's TD today, I couldn't help but smile.   He's worked his tail off to earn a spot in the league.  Hope he's just getting started.

Mike Hart is the man.  Sparty is still little brother, even with three in a row.  Like I told my niece yesterday when she was talking smack: "Just remember, you are still Michigan State and we are still MICHIGAN!!!"

convinced that Mike Hart can be an above average running back in the NFL.  Perhaps that's my Michigan fandom clouding my judgment, but I've never been impressed with Addai and with Brown out maybe this is Mike's time to shine.

Right there with you. I've been disappointed in how they've rarely used him, so it's awesome that he's getting this opportunity. Hopefully if the Colts realize what he's capable of, either that or some other team will hopefully see and give him a shot. Although, I must say, I have started liking Addai a little more than I did before. I feel like he's been playing pretty well this year and some of last year.

Hart is probably my all time favorite Wolverine. It might sound rediculous but seeing him do well today took a tiny bit of the sting away from yesterday.

I love Hart and what he brings to the game.  He's a leader.  He will put a team on his back and help them win.  He will also be a great coach someday.
