Mike Farrell forced to backtrack

As I understand it, Michigan hates Mike Farrell, so with that in mind, y'all should enjoy this. Mike Farrell spent the better part of the day guaranteeing Michigan fans that Michigan did NOT lead for EJ Levenberry. Only to just now, have to backtrack on that, when he actually got in touch with EJ. It's an enjoyable read.

Did he call himself the godfather of recruiting? The guy is full of himself and it's awesome to see Levenberry set his dumbass straight thus, making him look like a huge tool.

Farrell for years has been "down" on michigan for whatever reason. I think the last 2 yrs have actually bothered him having to report top talent heading to michigan. Not sure what his problem is, but it's a sad sad day when I prefer Lemming over him. A sad sad day.

Farrell is constantly talking about Michigan's success not being sustainable. No evidence, just his unfounded opinions. He perpetuates them every time he talks about Michigan.

I always thought he had that Mark Dantonio "I am a dick and you can read it on my face" look.

"Michigan leads, according to Levenberry, but I still say watch out for #FSU."

I imagine that conversation looking something like this:

EJ: 'What are you saying on twitter? Michigan DOES lead for me.'

MF: 'Mm-hmm... Mm-hmm... Right. Gotcha. I'm just gonna put you down as an FSU lean, okay?'

The bad thing is that Levenberry named Michigan as the leader a week or so ago and this "guru" didn't even know it. It's probably wise to update yourself on a recruit before telling everyone who his leader is.

Can anyone simplify the twitter back-and-forth for me.  I'm looking at this jumble of sh*t people call twitter and I cant understand how Farrell was put in his place and by whom.  (I am 23 btw, is that sad?)

Someone tweeted to Ferrell that Dorian will probably not end up at Michigan because of McCray, Gedeon and Levenberry. Ferrell replied with the question, "You think Michigan leads for Levenberry?" He then spent 5 or so hours denying that he had seen any interviews where Levenberry said Michigan leads for him, bashing Scout, claiming Levenberry and his dad loved FSU, too. Until he actually spoke to Levenberry and was told that, yes, Michigan does lead. But the way he conceded that was to say that, yeah, okay, Michigan leads, but I'm still going to say he's an FSU lean.

I called him out about being a michigan hater after his tweet about fsu leading... his response "you got me smart guy".. A real pro for sure. Douchelord!

Every time I hear Roll Damn Tide I think of Harvey Updyke saying it on the Finebaum show last year. Living in Alabama for a year-and-a-half was quite an experience!

coin the phrase, but that's who I associate it with. For some reason I will always remember driving down 280 in Birmingham near the Woodbrook Village when I heard that jackass say that. What a weird memory.

So just to clarify, Levenberry says that UM leads, but Farrell thinks Levenberry might be wrong.  Got it.

Everytime I look at a page of twitters on twitter, reminds me not to try to invest in their shares on the 2ndry market.

It's like reading Mandarin.
