Mike Doss Painting Snafu
Just saw this on twitter:
That is Mike Doss in the flesh standing next to a nice painting of Mike Doss. The live-action portion in the corner of the painting is not. It is of a recently banned QB. In their rush to make sure they included a picture of a Michigan player getting pwned, they in fact pwned themselves.

Mike Doss.. man.. he would have looked great in the Maize and Blue. I am sure we could have gotten his live action part correct.
Wasn't that guy a safety? So not only did they get the wrong player, they got somebody on the wrong side of the ball.
Was that Doss or Will Allen that destroyed McGahee's knee? Either way, Doss was really good.
Findlay? Also the home of a certain "I don't wear a helmet on my 'Busa" and "please help me with my room television pretty hotel lady" and "you should really check out the men's room" NFL QB.

And please don't judge Ohio by Findley or Lima.
What I'm 100% sure of was the kid in Findlay (that was it -- the one with "Flagtown USA" obnoxiously plastered everywhere) couldn't stop talking about how hard Doss hits.
Perhaps you should downgrade that 100%. Because it was Will Allen.

Buckeye fans are pretty upset over this as well. Some are even cracking jokes about how it is OSU's attempt to sneak Pryor into the Hall of Fame.

That's not an error. I heard part of the sanctions against OSU is that all commemerative paintings of Buckeye players have to be branded with a Pryor "Scarlet Letter"
It wasn't part of the sanctions, it was part of the deal. All buckeye commemerative paintings are done by that same tattoo artist, and it was part of the deal to get Pryor to come there by guaranteeing that he would be painted into all future works.

Did Stevie Brown make that tackle? It looks horrible in the photo, but it looks like Stevie has his hand wrapped inside the jersey, so it's likely he could have dragged him down
