I see what you did there...
These comments are just reminding me to never take grammer for granite. But who knows. It could all just be a blessing in the skies.
Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure a bunch of these words are not being pronunciated correctly
I love threads like these...there great. They're are at least too of these every day, and they effect the quality of the board, to.
I almost posted a picture of an alot. You'd think "figgered" would have been a big enough clue.
Saw your post on the swimming thread...is your name Eric? I think I swam against you in HS. I went to Andover class of 86.

You use 'an' when the following word starts with a vowel. 'a' is when the following word starts with a consonant.
Not sure when the word starts with a consonant, but sounds like a vowel. Like "an hour" or "a hour"?

Not exactly true. If it was TGoBlog for some reason, then it would be "a TGoBlog shirt." It's definitely about what the sound is, with some exceptions for weird situations that don't really apply anymore (e.g., "an historic...").
more technical and descriptive, but it goes by pronunciation, not the actual beginning letter, so "an hour" would be correct. The one I haven't heard a Strunk and White response on is acronyms: is it "an ND penalty" or "a ND penalty" since the first refers to the acronym "ND" and the second refers to the fact that ND stands for "Notre Dame".
/an ND national championship loss
This is the rule:
You use "an" when the following word starts with a vowel sound.
You use "a" when the following word starts with a consonant sound.
That's why we say things like "an honor" and "a unicycle."

Wouldn't mind Dave getting a little "Trey for POY" campaign going. Sure wouldn't hurt the brand.
players for individual honors.
Unless Brandon can make money off of it. Then surely he would promote the "honor" of the player for the brand of the school.
Yost, Michigan Stadium, Crisler, or the fb practice facility, do a 360, and then mumble to yourself that you wish the athletic department didn't make any money. Comments like yours are plentiful, and stupid as fuck.
That's an odd choice of signature line OP. I know it's a line from the movie you've pulled your avatar from but it's still an odd choice.
Unless you're honestly wondering. In that case I'd suggest starting your search in Sweden.
Needs a catchy slogan.
Anyone?
